Attendees are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct.
Parking
Parking is available in the hotel parking garage. Attendees can pick up parking coupons from the Coordination Center members at the registration table or in the meeting after arrival.
Virtual Attendance
All registered attendees will receive a Zoom link the day before the event. The link will also be posted on the event Slack channel.
Poster Session
On March 19th we will hold a poster session. Abstract submissions have closed. Presenters should follow poster guidelines to ensure there is space for their presentation.
Breakout Sessions
The DRC, KC, and Cloud Workspace Pilot breakout sessions will run twice for 45 minutes each so that participants will be able to attend two of the three breakout sessions. The Ontology Working Group session will only run once, from 10:30 – 11:15.
